As the fog lifted off the bayou and the heat of the day began to rise at the end of the rainy season in 2009 armed with only her art as a weapon life long accomplished artist and painter Onini Kanabo began her journey east to seek the teachings of skin art master Mathew Delamort .It was during these days in which she was taught to hone her skills and to be able to transfer her honorable and unique designs from mind to life on ones skin for eternity.
