Burnout sucks as a tattooer and posting and social media can seem like just another burden when you're already pouring from an empty cup.
And then the cup is so foreign that you don't even know how to fill it which empties it even more.
I wish tattooers with burnout knew that it's about being free to define your own artistic identity.
It's about clients requesting your work because they know exactly who you are and what you do.
It's about working with intention and sustainability so the work and the money actually align, and you stop feeling like you're running on empty.
It's about being energized again and overcoming imposter syndrome and the comparison spirals that keep us stuck.
It's about setting boundaries and declining projects that don't fit and redirecting the wrong clients gracefully without guilt.
It's REALLY about expanding your time and being present instead of just surviving.
It's REALLY REALLY about the people you do this for.
Including yourself.
