Say you want a calendar full of sleeves. The future version of you isn't filling her days with bangers, so you can't keep doing it either and expect to get there.

Here's how you actually make the shift.

You're booked solid for three months? Good. Starting month four, you only book bangers two days a week, and they live on the same days every week. Friday and Saturday are for bangers. Tuesday through Thursday is sleeves only.

In the meantime, you design some sleeves and you post them. People don't book what they've never seen you do.

Now the rule that makes it work is you're only allowed to fill a sleeve day with a banger if it's less than a month out.

Holding those spots open feels scary, I know. But this is where you either love yourself enough to hold the boundary, or you don't and you cave and nothing changes.

And if the sleeve spots don't fill? That's not failure, that's data.

Maybe nobody's seen enough of your sleeves yet. Tattoo one on a great client for a discount and show it off.

Maybe your prices are ahead of your demand and they need to move.

Either way you learn something real, and real data tells you exactly what to tweak next.

You don't change your calendar by waiting for it to change. You build it on purpose, starting now.
