So I'm still in Atlanta, my flight ended up being canceled last night.

But what's important is that I'm choosing to focus on the high from this past week at a retreat full of women entrepreneurs... coaches, tattoo artists, business owners, some of them way further down the road than me making millions doing what they love, some still figuring it out. All doing their thing and lifting each other up.

And more than once, they mirrored exactly what I needed to see. Not just in my work, but the coaching, the business, the why behind it, my crutches that I've been letting hold me back.

Then in the middle of all that, Kate sent me this.

I almost shrank from it. Not because I'm not grateful. But because a voice in my head said don't share, you'll look showy, it's tacky, you'll make someone feel bad.

But this week taught me that staying small doesn't lift anyone. It just keeps the ceiling low for all of us.

So I'm letting it land. The retreat, this message, all of it. ❤️❤️❤️
