We want you to know that Tattoo Release Forms App is entirely rebuilt, running smoothly, and waiting for you in the iPad App Store, free to start.

Thousands of users have updated their accounts in the 20 days since the relaunch, helping us refine and produce five updates with the features they want, as well as the features you want, including tons of customizable options for everything from tuning health codes to purchasing forms.

On our Knowledge Base, located on our website or in the Settings section of your V3 App, you'll find a Quick Start Guide that breaks down how to get started with your update, as well as information about your old forms and new ones.

We offer three ways to purchase forms, including two subscription plans, AND we have reintroduced bundles. Our Pro Subscription is now $30 less than V2! **If you have old forms from V2, we will credit you for those. Please follow the instructions on the app under "Purchases" to receive your credits. We want to ensure that you receive your forms!
