A healed, Underwater Manatee chest cover-up by Jesse Neese

A healed, Underwater Manatee chest cover-up by Jesse Neese. Lynn lived with a tattoo she disliked for years, so she decided to get it covered up. Lynn said in a follow-up interview five years later, “I didn’t go in looking to have half of my chest done, but then I went in and spoke with Jesse." After working together to find something she would love, this piece was created. #CustomTattoo #Manatee #Tattoos #BodyArt #NuclearInk
