Today’s boxing session was all about the fundamentals 🥊 Coach Robert Athanasopoulos really emphasized the importance of footwork—how everything in boxing starts from the ground up. We focused on improving timing, balance, and clean movement, building a strong foundation the right way. Robert is extremely experienced and an excellent teacher. He’s patient, detailed, and makes sure you truly understand why you’re doing each movement, not just going through the motions. That kind of coaching makes a huge difference.
