Do you believe dragons are real or just made up?

Do you believe dragons are real or just made up? It is strange how almost every ancient civilization from around the world has some form of a dragon. Were they just skeletons of dinosaurs that were found in the past before humans knew what they were. Imagine not ever learning about dinosaurs and then finding a gigantic T-Rex skull that is made of stone. It would blow your mind! I think we all would have believed it was a sort of dragon or monster that existed. Is there more to it about the belief of dragons. Are they inter-dimensional beings or are they spiritual beings that can travel back and forth through worlds or dimensions! What do you think?
