YOU DON’T NEED TO BE TOUGH FOR THE WHOLE SLEEVE IN ONE…

YOU DON’T NEED TO BE TOUGH FOR THE WHOLE SLEEVE IN ONE SESSION. A sleeve is not a test of whether you can suffer through the entire project in one go. It is tattooed across sessions. Real commitment means turning up prepared, sitting for the stage we planned, healing it properly and coming back to continue. That matters far more than trying to prove something on day one and destroying yourself halfway through. Sleep well before the appointment. Eat a proper meal. Bring lunch and drinks. Avoid arriving hungover or exhausted. Tell me when you need a sensible break rather than waiting until you feel faint. Some areas will be harder than others and every client has a different limit. We can set a pace that keeps the project moving without treating pain like a competition. You do not need to feel ready for all 20-30 hours today. You only need to be ready for the first planned session. Start with a consultation and we will map out the journey properly.
