I created this Tree of Life tattoo for an incredible woman…

I created this Tree of Life tattoo for an incredible woman who works as a midwife in Colorado, someone who dedicates her life to guiding women through one of the most powerful transitions of the human experience. The symbols I drew into the tree represent the sacred feminine, motherhood, birth, and plant medicine traditionally associated with women’s healing and childbirth. This piece felt especially meaningful to create because I believe in preserving space for childbirth to be approached as a natural experience rather than an ailment. I have so much admiration for the women who support and empower other women through pregnancy and birth, while honoring their bodies, intuition, and choices. A tattoo about feminine wisdom, creation, and the ancient connection between women, nature, and birth. 🌿 #midwifery #folkarttattoo #cosmiccolorism
