Some projects take longer than others for so many reason. This one actually only took 1 hour and ten minutes from start to finish. BUT, that was a best case scenario. This is not a large tattoo but it’s also not tiny (about 4.5 x 4 inches or so). My client sat still and moved his arm when I needed him to. He was also relaxed which made everything else so much easier. Thanks Juan! My point of saying all this is to tell you, don’t rush the Tattoo process! And by that I mean the entire process. First, make sure you know what idea you want to get Tattooed so that you don’t end up settling for something you are not completely happy with later on. Secondly, make sure you research your artist and know that they will be able to give you the style you are looking for. Third, make sure the place and artist you are going to get Tattooed by is reputable, experienced, clean and professional. Lastly, if you are experiencing discomfort or a lot of pain, just talk to your artist. Be honest with them about how you feel and if you have to, split up your tattoo into more than one session. It’s better to come back if needed than to rush and miss details, color saturation, or smoothness is your blending.
