Assistance sought in identifying Tattoo and/or Murder Victim

The NY State Police in Poughkeepsie NY is trying to identify a female murder victim who was found in Dutchess County, N.Y. on 06/12/11.  She is described as a black or hispanic female in her late teens or early twenties.  She has a tattoo on her back of 3 Lotus Flowers as pictured.  Anyone who can identify the artist that did the work is asked to contact SP Poughkeepsie Major Crimes at 845-677-7410.
