Dave Lukeson of Blue Horseshoe Tattoo takes an award

At the recent 14th annual Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival, Lucan Wolf and his artist Dave Lukeson from Blue Horseshoe Tattoo in Virginia Beach VA, won 1st place for best Celtic/Tribal Tattoo on November 18th, 2006. Lucan Wolf's tattoos were designed by lucan and Dave Lukeson and comprise a half face, neck and upper chest design with tribal accents on Lucan's right side of face. Dave Lukeson and his contestants also won 3 more 2nd place events and trophies for best tribal, black and white tattoo and sleeve.
