Matching Something Symmetrically in Someone's Tattoo Collection!

Every now and then we get stuck with the puzzle of matching something symmetrically in someone's tattoo collection. Often this will mean having to get an accurate and clear tracing of the person's existing work so that it can be matched correctly on the other side, and doing this with tracing paper or other tracing media is a slippery and inaccurate way of going about it.
