Carla Kama, Founder, Financial Director, and Creative Lead of @ravensnestproductions, combines strategic leadership with a deep creative vision. With three decades in the entertainment industry, Carla began her career as a performer and evolved into a sought-after creative force—specializing in the creation of large-scale production shows and live performances for global artists like Prince, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Steven Tyler, and Madonna.

Her background spans dance, choreography, creative direction, and creative producing. She also holds the position of Associate Director for Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil and serves as Supervising Producer at King Productions Inc. Her multifaceted expertise enables her to guide Ravens Nest with both artistic innovation and operational excellence.
