New Custom Website:HyperspaceStudios.com
We are excited to announce the launch of HyperspaceStudios.com. This is one of our largest websites to date and is absolutely filled with content. HyperspaceStudios.com is home to the creative duo of Guy Aitchison and Michele Wortman. Their studios website has been on the net for almost 15 years and gone through many evolutions. We worked with Guy and Michele to rebuild the website from scratch and implemented a new design with an improved navigation.
Guy and Michele will be updating Hyperspace Studios with their latest work and projects. The seemingly unexhaustable team has provided projects like InnerState Scratch Art and helped produce the Paradise Artist Retreat. The website also contains a ton of informational material; although, some is limited only to tattoo artists. Some of these great items are Organica and The ArtFusion Experiment DVD which you can see more about here.
Guy has always been one to utilize technology and is currently putting the final touches on a massive net-colloboration which featured numerous artists such as: Nick Baxter, Markus Lenhard, Dan Hazleton, Aaron Cain, Mike Cole, Don McDonald, Adrian Dominic and Ty McEwen among others. Colloboration with Jeff Gogue: Guy and Jeff will be working on a collaboration will which be webcasted for free on February 9th. If you are interested in grabbing this unprecedented opportunity you can learn more about getting the appointment here.
Optimizing your use of value and color: Making tattoos stronger, clearer and more readable is a high priority for many tattooists. In this webinar Guy will show ways of increasing graphic contrast in both the design and execution of a piece. Starting with layout and stenciling, then following with a live tattoo demonstration focused on the subject of contrast, this class will show you everything Guy knows on the subject of strengthening your work. Student questions will be answered during the webinar.
Reinventing The Tattoo: Two Day Immersive Webinar: In the two day interactive workshop he begins by diving deep into theory on flow, color, lighting, contrast, linework and overall strength. He then follows with live critiques of all participating students' work. Participants are then given homework assignments that will be reviewed live the following day, before wrapping up the session with a variety of select video clips that help demonstrate the technical side of things.
