Juggalo Tattoo Removal

If you have no idea about Juggalo's they are a community dedicated around muisc group Insane Clown Pose. They've recently been classified as a gang by the FBI, which some thought to be a gag. This tight knit group is commonly the butt of jokes for poor music taste but rarely highlighted for gang-like activity. Although, in gang-like fashion two Maryland men are now in jail because of they maimed their roomate for not "earning" his Juggalo tattoo.  You can read the full article by clicking the image teaser below.
