Your TRF and PRF apps are updating now, and you are going to love them.

We built TRF as tattooers, for tattooers. The goal has always been simple: cut down the admin work, help protect your shop, and help you stay focused on making good work.
Today we’re rolling out TRF & PRF Version 3.2.0. This is one of the biggest updates we’ve pushed yet, with new compliance tools, PMU artist coverage, more languages, and some major backend security upgrades.
What’s New in Version 3.2.0
Chain of Custody for Ink & Needle Tracking:
Federal MoCRA guidelines and local health departments are leaning heavily on exact batch tracking for anything that touches a client’s skin.
Now you can open the Artist Notes Pane, tap SCAN BARCODE/QR or READ PRINTED NUMBER, and use your iPad camera to capture lot numbers from pigment bottles and needle blister packs. Tap USE VALUE, and that lot number is saved directly to the signed waiver. Quick, searchable proof when you need it.
Global Language Support:
TRF now supports Spanish, French, and Dutch, along with English.
This should help with international clients, guest spots, multilingual shops, and conventions.
Cosmetic Release Forms App is now built directly into TRF, so you can manage tattoo, piercing, and PMU consent forms from one app.
Self-Serve PIN Reset:
If you forget your artist PIN during a busy day, you can now reset it securely inside the app without asking for support.
Speed & Cloud Security Upgrades:
We’ve made syncing faster, tightened up our code, and improved stability so the app keeps humming when your studio is busy.
Important: Please do this before you update!
Because of our security upgrades in v3.2.0, you may be logged out of TRF or PRF.
That’s all, just logged out.
All of your info is safe, app settings are saved, and your waivers are on YOUR cloud, not ours. Simply log back in, and you’re rocking.
PRO TIP: Before you update TRF or PRF, open them now and go to:
TRF or PRF Settings → STUDIO tab
Add your primary login email address directly into the TRF Login field and save it. This is the Apple or Google email address you use to log into our apps.
Park that email address here so you don’t lose it or forget which email address you used to sign up for TRF or PRF apps.
