this one started out as a conversation with a friend. The brief was along the lines of  ‘I love everything you do, but please don’t do any of it…’

hmmm…

The (requested) absence of my usual foreground objects meant that I really had to find a new way of presenting elements that I would usually only use a supporting textures to the ‘main’ image. The result is one of the more difficult pieces I’ve put together and also one of my favourites.
