Hard to believe it was 40 years ago yesterday that Cliff Burton departed the Earth. I remember that day like it was yesterday. What an enormous loss. Cliff was destined for great things, and he was just getting started. Master of Puppets, a masterpiece. My favorite Metallica record. This is the only tattoo I’ve done of Cliff, back in 2012 on my buddy and amazing tattooer, John Wayne.
