💰 NO MORE HALF MEASURES 💰

💰 NO MORE HALF MEASURES 💰 Scrooge took matters into his own cartoon hands… 👀💸 No half measures with his patients — either you pay up, or that money bag gets heavier! 😂💰 Another piece added to this cartoon sleeve, but this time with a slightly darker and more badass twist 😎🖤 Strong contrast, plenty of character, and that smile says it all. 🦆🎩💵 This story is far from over… 👀🫡 Who should join the sleeve next?
