Rafael is native to Puerto Rico where he spent most of his life learning and developing his art. He has been tattooing for about 11 years and has worked at several different locations around the east coast. Places such as Dragon Spell in Worcester Mass, Studio Enigma and Sunset Tattoos in Brooklyn NY, Gotika in Puerto Rico,Salvation Tattoo Lounge in South Beach Miami,The Painted Bride in Medfort Mass and Oxygen Tattoos in Wildwood, NJ have helped him ground and perfect his skills as a tattoo artist.
